Q: How long does it take to create and receive my wedding invitations?

A: There are a few stages to the creation of your invites;

1) Info Gathering and Tweaks and Design - This can take anywhere from 1 - 8 weeks. It really depends on you, the client, and how quickly you can submit your wording information and respond to edits. Your guarantee is that we will work as efficiently as possible for you and do our best to meet any deadlines. If you are opting for deluxe envelopes there is a minimum 3 weeks required to ensure they are shipped in time (and it is advised to give yourself a bit more time if possible to allow for any delays). If you are requesting a deadline shorter than 2 months, depending on the season rush fees may incur.

2) Printing - 4-7 business days.

3) Shipping - Your choice of standard shipping rates and times apply.

Q: Will I see the invites before they are printed?

A: Yes! All invitations come with 2 digital mock-ups and a complimentary round of revisions. Additional rounds can be purchased for $5-$45 each depending on the complexity of adjustment you would like. Hard copy samples are available as well for $25+tax+shipping and add about 1-2 weeks to your processing time.

Q: How long before my wedding should I start thinking about invitations? 

A: If your aim is to get your invitations out around 3 months before your wedding date, then consider contacting Keeks Paper Co. 3-4 months before that to ensure a relaxed process with some space for revisions (especially for custom!). We want you to be incredibly happy with your Keeks Paper Co. experience and pushing deadlines can make both sides feel the need for an extra glass of wine -- if you know what we mean! But, if you are already past that point, don't dismay! Contact us anyways and we'll see what we can do. 

Q: What can I expect from the process?

A: Here's a step by step look:

1. Contact Keeks! We can discuss all your details through email or set up a free 45 minute consultation.
2.  Decide on a general plan for the design and components of your wedding stationery.
3. Keeks will email you an official quote for your wedding suite to consider and make any adjustments.
4. You will make a 50% deposit based off your quote
3. Send Keeks your text choices and any other information
4. Keeks will send you a digital mock-up of your items
5. You have 1 round of complimentary revisions on this mock-up to fix any mistakes or make further changes
6. Keeks will send you another mock-up
7. You may purchase additional revisions or approve this mock-up for print
8. Then the final payment is made and your awesome Keeks invites will be shipped right to your door!

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes we do! We would be happy to ship worldwide if you allow us some time to determine shipping rates and options for you.
